Let us answer some questions
Frequently asked questions
How often do classes run?
Public events like Eat, Paint, and Sip happen occasionally rather than on a schedule — when one is announced it’s worth booking early. Private classes can be arranged whenever it suits you.
Do I need any cooking experience?
No. Classes are taught to the level of the people in the room, so complete beginners and confident home cooks both get something out of it.
Is it in person or online?
Both. Private classes run in person in Bulawayo or live online. Public events are always in person.
Can we choose what we cook?
For private classes, yes, the menu can be built around what you want to learn. Public events follow a set theme.
How long does a class run?
Most private classes run two to three hours. Public events follow their own schedule.
Can I book a class for a group?
Yes. Private classes are run for individuals, couples and small groups. Tell us the number when you get in touch.
Are ingredients and equipment provided?
Yes, everything needed is provided, so there's nothing to bring or prepare beforehand.
Are classes suitable for kids?
Private classes can be adapted for younger cooks. Mention ages when you enquire so the class is planned around them.
How is a private class priced?
It depends on the group size, the topic and whether it’s in person or online, so it’s confirmed over WhatsApp before anything is booked. Public event tickets are priced on the booking page.
